Our signature unglazed tajine, made the traditional way. Unglazed clay breathes and diffuses heat gradually — the closest you'll get to what's used in Moroccan homes today. Serves 2–3.

Glazed Collection
A bright turquoise-and-cream glaze inspired by the coast of Essaouira. Fully glazed inside and out for the easiest care in the collection. Serves 3–4.
Unglazed pieces should be seasoned before first use: soak the pot in water for 2 hours, then rub the interior with olive oil and warm gently in a low oven. Always start cooking on low heat and let the pot warm up gradually — sudden temperature changes can crack clay. Hand wash only.
